Please note that the two photos below are of the swimmer during the same moment of the stroke. This swimmer had less than an hour of training when the later photo was taken.

POSE SWIMMING

Muscular effort and hydrodynamic drag are two major concerns when swimming. The less muscular effort you exert, fatigue is delayed and the longer you can swim. The less drag your body creates in the water, the faster you will travel. Pose Method of Swimming provides the knowledge and training to accomplish both.

For those who compete in triathlons, this energy savings means you'll get to the swim to bike transistion area faster than before. But there is one problem. Locating your bike becomes more difficult due to all the people you passed during the swim. But that's not really a problem is it?

As with all training, Pose Method of Swimming begins with a video or your current swimming technique. This provides a baseline to determine your errors and compares how you've changed after the training. Look at the photos on the left to see the before body postion and after Pose Swim training body position. Inproved teahnique equals faster swim. What are you waiting for?

"Your physical abilities are limited, but your skills have no limits."
