When: April 25-26 (Saturday-Sunday), 2009
Who: Anyone wanting to become a Pose Running Certified Coach.

POSE METHOD OF RUNNING CLINIC

Who: Anyone wanting to improve their running skills.
Cost:$300.

POSE METHOD OF TRIATHLON TECHNIQUES CLINIC
When: May 1-3 (Friday-Sunday), 2009
Who: Anyone wanting to improve their triathlon performance. Improving your skills is the best way.
Cost: $700. If you can't get off of work to attend the training on Friday, May 1,you can attend the running clinic on Saturday, April 25 instead. Then join the group for the remainder of the clinic on Saturday-Sunday, May 2-3.
